What you're paying for
You are paying for a song request to be placed in the queue for a live performance, and considered by the performer.
A request is not a guarantee that the song will be played. The performer may decline any request — because it isn't in the repertoire, doesn't suit the room, or the set ends first.
If a request is declined, the fee is refunded in full, automatically. You don't have to ask. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
A priority request buys a better position in the queue. It does not buy a guarantee, and it is refunded in full on the same terms if it isn't played.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
No hidden charges
The price shown when you submit a request is the price you pay. There are no booking fees, convenience fees, or hidden charges added at checkout. There is no subscription and no account required.
Currency
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The Service is available only at live performances in India.
